Airport Transportation Services
We offer you our ground transportation service with comfort and security from Cancun International Airport to Mariposa Group Hotels. All our shuttles are late model air-conditioned vans carrying up to 10 passengers comfortably.
What happens once you arrive?
Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigration and customs, a Mariposa Group Hotels representative will be waiting for you outside the Airport carring a sign with your name on it. Please note that customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this and will be waiting for you outside the Airport.
Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will not have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule. We will know, and more importantly, we will be waiting for you whenever your flight arrives.
Once our staff meets you at the airport, you will be guided to the vehicle.
During your stay will be confirm you the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date and your return flight will be confirmed, should you have reserved a round trip transfer.
Please reserve at least two days in advance.
The trasnportation service may be canceled 24 Hours before the service without charge, otherwise, 100% penalty will be charged to the credit card in warranty.
