Booking Policies
Térms & Conditions:
-Mariposa Group Properties does not allow animals or pets of any kind.
-The rate per night is based on double occupancy; extra charge of $10 usd + taxes per night may apply for extra person.
-Children younger than 8 years are free of charge, acompanied at least with 1 adult in the same room, maximum ocupancy limit apply.
-All the exchange conversions will be made using the hotel currency at the payment date, note that your bank will make the conversion using its own exchange rate which may be different. for international usage, foreign banks may charge your credit card up to 3% of the total amount paid, please verify with your bank this information and be aware of possible discrepancies on your bank statement.
-Due balance must be paid in full at check in, no exceptions.
-Late check out or night extension is subject to availability and extra charges may apply.

-Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and cash only.
Deposit & Cancelation policies:
-All reservations require a major credit card as guarantee, at the time of booking.
-A deposit or signed Boucher will be required during your stay and will be returned once you check out.
-No charges will be applied for cancelations prior to 10 days.
-Penalty charge of 3 nights will be applied cancelling between 1 to 9 days prior to check in.
-Penalty for the total stay will be charged in case of no show, cancelations or modifications made on the check in date or early departures .
-50% of the total must be deposited for reservations on Christmas/New Year's season, the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
-All reservations during Christmas and New Year must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival; otherwise, the total amount for the stay will not be refunded
-Additional services must be cancelled at least one day prior to the reservation; otherwise, the total amount for the service will be charged to your credit card.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
-A minimum length of stay may be required for reservations during Christmas/New Year's season, Easter week or other major holidays, please verify with our reservations department or your travel professional to obtain specific information according to your travel dates.
Meal Plan Options:
-American Breakfast Plan = $6 usd per person,
-Continental Breakfast Plan = $4 usd per person (Included in our rates, not available for Top Secret Room reservations)
